Service Marketing Stories
Description

This session will be round-robin style, where each OEM in attendance shares an overview of what they consider to be their most effective or successful service marketing campaign of the past year. Each company can use their own definition of “effective,” though we’d like to highlight stories that have demonstratable ROI. We’ll ask companies to share information on the audience, message, channel, and results. Each OEM’s story will be followed by brief Q&A from other session participants. The goal of this session is to provide aftersales marketing teams with actionable and detailed examples of what has worked. Our last session of this type was in 2022, so we are due to revisit a more expansive marketing topic, covering a broad range of service marketing initiatives.
