Service Scheduling Assessment
Description

This data-driven session will focus on how OEMs and dealers are optimizing their service scheduling processes. Online schedulers capture important customer information leading up to an appointment – how is this data being used to manage the service lane? For example, are dealers matching up EV appointments with EV technicians? Are dealers planning loaner vehicles or alternative transportation using this data? Are OEMs tracking days to appointment? Other data sources can also feed into this – for example, who is matching up marketing data streams with scheduler data? With all the data being collected, how can we best leverage the information we have to streamline the process from both the customer and the dealer perspective? The scope of this session begins at the point where the service appointment is booked and ends at the point where the customer/vehicle reaches the dealer.
