Swarnima is a Consultant on the Insights portfolio at Ducker Carlisle. Swarnima holds a Master of Science in Marketing Analytics from the University of Rochester and a BBA in Finance and International Business from Florida International University. Since joining the firm in 2023, Swarnima has contributed to service-side retention initiatives such as the ATC (Automotive Technician Collaboration) as well as the SAC (Service Advisor Collaboration) alongside her work with benchmark data, survey analysis, and session content. Swarnima is passionate about blending strong technical skills with creativity and enjoys bringing that touch to her projects.
