Dealer Employee Communication
Description

OEMs need to disseminate a wide breadth of information to dealer employees. This includes technical
service bulletins, new model information, marketing guidelines, product details, technology updates,
and the existence of new trainings. That’s on top of all the information employees receive from their
actual employer, the dealer. This session is not specifically a training session – in our eyes, training is
deep coverage of specific topics for one role at a time. This session will cover:

  • The channels of communication OEMs use to reach dealer employees
  • The types of information disseminated
  • How to tell if the information is heard/acted upon
  • Monitoring employee engagement and their performance/adherence to communications
