As vehicles and equipment increasingly contain more complex internal computers with broader capabilities, the amount of data OEMs receive has increased significantly in the past several years. This session will cover:  

• What are OEMs offering in the way of telemetry today? (i.e., benchmark of connected UIO, active users, free and paid offerings, etc.)  
• How are OEMs collecting telemetry data? (i.e., what systems are they using, how does data get from the equipment to the OEM?)  
• How is this data being used to improve service operations?  
• What is the role of the OEM vs. the dealer in utilizing this data to manage the customer relationship
• What is the value proposition to customers for these services?
