The field team seems under constant pressure. Every time a new program gets added, it’s thrown to the
field team who often struggle to integrate it into their long list of responsibilities. This session will cover
management topics and strategies. It will not perform a headcount comparison or discuss relative
efficiencies based on data. Topics will include:

• Organization: reporting structure and management
• Responsibilities: scope and breadth of duties
• Prioritization: working with the field team to prioritize (and change priorities) between different activities
• Recent Changes: what adjustments or overhauls have OEMs made to their field team makeup in

recent years
