Dealer Training On SLT
Description
OEMs and dealers collectively invest millions into SLT every year. Unfortunately, given adoption rates, the utilization rates of SLT lag where they should be. This session will cover actions taken by OEMs to ensure their dealers use SLT to its full potential. While much of the technical training on SLT tools is provided directly by individual vendors, what additional support can OEMs provide to enable success? In this round-robin style session, we will hear from a handful of OEMs detailing their strategy, process, and results to train dealers on SLT and to ensure continued utilization and success. This session will not discuss OEM selection or endorsement of SLT providers.
